Rules and Regulations

The Green Northern Life Project reserves the right to make changes to the rules as needed, all members will receive notice of any rule change in writing

Friends and family only, no rentals
Fees must be paid on due time
Lots will NOT be connected to the power grid
No septic systems allowed
Members must have control of their pets at all times, you are responsible for any action they may take.
Livestock must be approved
No hunting on the property
No smoking in common areas
Lot must be kept in a clean state
No buildings 10 feet from road or 5 feet from lot boarders.
Individual wells will be allowed but must be approved to mark placement.
Any buildings or structures must be approved ( we approve easily, we just want to make sure that you have a plan and it's safe, within your lot, ect.)

Everyone is allowed to their own beliefs, But not allowed to force it on others. We won't accept any kind of racism, prejudice, or leud behavior. We give notice that anything that threatens our community or environment can result in you being banned from the property.

Without valid agreement, you will be deemed as trespassing, and you will be removed from the property.

The Green Northern Life Project reserves the right to inspect within reasonable means to ensure rules and guidelines are being followed.

All members and their guests must follow these rules and guidelines.
